I've lost my sim card - how can I order a replacement online?

Hello,

I've lost my sim card - I know the mobile number - I would like to request a replacement please.

That's all sorted for you - the SIM card will be with you within 3-5 working days 🙂 

 

You don't need to activate it when it comes, just pop it straight in your phone.

I am sorry to hear your other half has lost your SIM whilst you're abroad. 

Can I ask if this means your handset has also been lost along with the SIM? 

Also, if this is the case, was the handset purchased from us?
