I renewed my contract and also agreed to have an 02 sim

I renewed my contract and also agreed to have an 02 sim but it has not turned up. I've spoken to 02 and they have said that no account has been setup. When i speak to virgin they say speak to 02. Please can you help

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your O2 sim card delivery, when did you renew your contract with us? When you have spoken to the team at VM, have they only advised that you will need to speak to O2?
