I needHelp from customer service please

I've had my contract phone for a week now and still can't use it as I haven't been sent my sim with my phone number

Hi there,

Have you upgraded your contract with Virgin?  Do you already have a Virgin SIM?  Or are you a brand new customer and they've only sent you the phone with no SIM?

I joined virgin mobile last week and signed a contract.They sent me a phone and a sim card. When I put sim in nothing happened .It took me all weekend to get hold of them and when I did, they said the sim that came with phone was a generic one they send out to new customers. And they would send out my sim and number. I'm still waiting. There was nothing about this when I ordered my.phone 🙄

Have you had any contact with them? I'm finding it so hard to get hold of them,its absolutely ridiculous..hope you get yours sorted soon
