I need to 'authenticate' but no mobile data

  • I have a virgin plan, but used all my data this month
  • I went on the virgin mob app to see if I could top up my data
  • But 'authentication' failed as I have no mobile data, catch 22
  • Can I buy extra data and how? I have never used up all my allowance before.
