I’ve come over to Spain to work for a few days and everyone else’s phones have connected to local networks bar mine! I have an android phone, OnePlus 7T pro.
I have data roaming turned on and international call barring turned on.
I have restarted my iphone numerous occasions hoping that it would connect to a local mast but nothing happens. I have called virgin numerous times for help. Still no one can help me connect.
Please help as I’m not really able to do my job properly.

Sorry to hear about the service issues, to clarify do you have international roaming turned on via your SIM toolkit?
How to access SIM Toolkit:
Select Settings from the Home Screen
Select Phone (if on iOS 14 or above, select Mobile Data)
Select SIM Applications
Select Roaming
Select Mode
Select Manual
Select International.

Hi, I have tried all off this. I have contacted customer services who have gone through the steps with me and still I do not have access to my data outside of the hotel I am in. Please help.

Just to touch base on you getting in contact with our team, can I ask what checks they have already completed?
Also are you manually selecting the network you connect to?
