I need a replacement SIM urgent

Hello, I have been trying to correspond with the text messaging service and it's been days since they said they would contact me.  I am confused as to why my replacement new style SIM hasn't been posted to the address my phone is registered to - can anyone from the Forum Help Team give me some indication of when I should expect one of these things:

A response to my text for help

A SIM by post to the registered address

My PAY-G service to be cut off.

I'd also like assurance that the new SIM will be compatible with my Galaxy SIII phone running an old android O/S.  I don't really want to switch provider but I don't like the way this is being handled at all.

Anyone?  I've had another text saying I need to pay to reply to it, nothing about my open text conversation, no response to this post - is Virgin ignoring me?
