I need a replacement SIM Card

 
Hi, my mobile number is [MOD EDIT: REMOVED]. My SIM card has stopped working. No data, no texts, no calls.
 
I've already tried
 
1) resetting network settings but it did nothing.
2) I've texted ALL to 779922 but I can't send texts so this doesn't work
3) I've tried all the help options on your website but none of them get me to a human who might be able to help
4) I've rung customer services but they don't answer before or after 9am, so that's no use.
5) I've swapped the sim card into another phone and it didn't work on there either, however a GIFFGAFF sim in my phone works fine. Therefore its the virgin SIM card that is faulty.
 
So I need a new sim card, how do I get one please? It's been two weeks now...
