My mum has a Virgin media pay as you go Nokia. It is broken. We have got her a new iPhone contract with EE. But she would like to keep her Virgin mobile number so we are requesting a PAC code!
Also I have tried to request the PAC via text message on her phone but it keeps saying ‘sorry technical fault’
I then tried to register her for an online account to request the PAC but it kept asking me for a security answer - note, we haven’t even set up a security question!
we have tried phoning Virgin but we’re out on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes so I gave up! HELP!
