I'm trying to register on the mobile account and it accepts my new mobile number but asks me to provide a security answer but the question is blank? I've tried using my password for the virginmedia account I have registered but it won't accept this either. I also have my PAC number for my old number, but was on hold for over 40mins on the 789 number and hung up!
Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post; I was sorry to understand that you're having some issues with your mobile online account.
The security answer is the same answer that you provide when you speak to us by phone and provide a password to verify your identity as the account holder. This should be different to any other memorable word/password you have already set up.
