I’m away from UK & my voicemail box is locked. I was asked for a PIN which I have NEVER been asked to set up. I spent the best part of an hour yesterday speaking to one of your staff. Very poor English, lots of background noise & she didn’t know why it happened. I asked if it could be because I was out ok UK & she still didn’t know. Eventually she said she would ‘re-set’ my voicemail, instructed me to turn off my phone for 29mins then switch it on again. When I asked for about the 5th time why it had happened, she cut me off!
I’m now stuck with voicemail messages I can’t access & have more missed calls than messages left so have no way of knowing if they’re personal or business. I will not be back in UK for 5 days & am worried about what they might be.
