I havent received my replacement sim

I really need my new sim as I rely on my mobile for work, it is very irritating that I am now missing very important messages,

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear that you haven't received your replacement SIM. I'm unsure whether you've received it since you posted but I cannot find your details using the information we have on here to check.
