I have decided to move from my current mobile provider to Virgin. I spoke to your colleague who has helped me with my Sim only deal. She told me that someone from the back office would call me to confirm my order. It has been over two working days and I haven't received a call. I need to leave my current provider by 15th May and therefore need my new Virgin Sim card to transfer my existing number across. Also I am having difficulties signing in, I tried 'forgot password' and still can't reset the password, the 'I an not a robot' is failing (I believe there is something wrong from your end), as I no problem on other sites.
