Hi, I have been trying to contact the mobile virgin team for a few week now, regarding, not receiving my new SIM.
I have had numerous text massage off yourselves telling me to change my SIM, that a I should have received in the post.
As of today I have had no response from virgin and I still do not have a SIM.
My phone is now no registered with a network. This phone is also my home use phone.... As you can imagine very frustrating.
I need to sort this issue out ASAP.

Sorry to hear that due to not having your new SIM in time it has left you without service, I can fully appreciate the disappointment
I'm keen to get you a new SIM sent right away to get you back up and running.

This has been sorted for you now and the SIM will arrive in the next few days.
You'll just need to activate it but any issues with this please let me know
