I have just changed over to Virgin mobile and am not receiving calls

I have just moved from Vodaphone to Virgin  mobile and after a week of no issues I am now unable to receive calls. I have tried everything to sort it out but still having issues ! 
I have really good coverage in my area and it’s happens intermittently and in various locations ?? 
if I can’t get a resolve I have no choice but to cancel my contract 

speaking to everyone I know on Virgin it seems to be a common problem 

any suggestions

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry you're having some issues with the service since moving to us, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay, we have been busier than usual. 

As you mentioned you've moved over, can I ask if you ported the number into us? 

Are you having any issues with any other services or is it just incoming calls?

Yes I ported my number over from vodaphone. I have no other issues at all and can make calls and receive text.

Id say it’s about 80 % of my calls that I don’t receive. It doesn’t matter where I am at the time, it happens in all locations. It’s so random! 

All I get when some one tries to call me is a missed call message. 
My biggest concern is that I will miss an emergency call in the night, as I have a very sick relative who I’m the career of.

I think the first port of call would be to send you out another sim and see if there are still the same issues. 

 

I am going to drop you a PM so that I can get some account information.
