I have been asked to replace my SIM

Despite a number of attempts to call Virgin media I have not been able to make ant progress. I have been trying to advise that since I took on the monthly SIM only contract I have moved address so the SIM is probably at old address. The letter also had my name on but a completely different tel number. Can you suggest a solution so that I can arrange this new SIM at new address?
