Have you tried your sim in another phone to see if it's the phone at fault.

Have you swapped from virgin to an o2 sim yet.

Has a payment been missed?

Did you buy your phone new, private or on contract, the more details the better to diagnose your problem

After a MacOS/iOS update, it may auto turn on Automatic Proxy Discovery for all Wi-Fi networks - so turn it off in network settings as per message 7 below.

In iOs go to Settings>WiFi> tap the blue”I” icon and scroll down and make sure Configure Proxy/‘ is set to off

Hiya thanks for your response

I got the I phone new a month ago and moved the sim over and it worked fine for three weeks, I think it is a Virgin sim though

no payments missed
