I didn't activate my SIM card but I got a bill anyway.

I applied for a plan with Virgin Plus last week and two days later I needed to leave Canada for some reason. So I told Virgin service in Live Chat that I wanted to just cancel my account before activating it, and the specialist said that I just don't receive the SIM card and I won't be billed. A few days later the SIM card was mailed directly to my mailbox, which meant I automatically received it and had no chance to decline the package. Then the first bill appeared in the account and I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do. This is ridiculous, absolutely a fraud.

Hey @pwbhs,

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Since you have mentioned this is to do with Virgin Plus, this is not something we can help with here, we are only able to assist with Virgin Media and Virgin mobile queries, I would advise looking up on the Virgin Plus website the best way to reach out to them.
