I cant access my credit agreement and am in a loop

I cant access my credit agreement,   when I find my old credit agreement email it asks me to use my credit agreement details to access it (credit agreement number - security key - 4 digits of bank).    I cannot find this information across my emails and have scoured them extensively.   Please can somebody at virgin assist?
