I can't use roaming data whilst travelling and i can't login

Hello, I'm travelling in Europe and can't turn on my roaming data. I don't know my account password and can't receive texts so can't change it! I've logged on here with a new email account not linked to my phone. Any ideas how to get into my account so I can access roaming data without texts needed?! Thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you have been unable to use your Roaming whilst traveling as you haven't been able to log into you Mobile Online Account.
