I can’t turn off my Virgin Mobile ‘Voice Mail’ I get a lot of messages left by Spammers, Since Virgin sent me my New SIM recently they have re-activated my voice mail. I have tried logging in to my mobile account to try and switch it off from there but it won’t accept my details anymore, I have tried changing my details, or start a new account, it won’t accept that either, calling customer services is pointless, no one answers the phone. I’m going around in circles. Can anyone help?

Just send us a text* with a description of your problem to 07533 051809 if it’s about your cable services, or 07533 016422 if you have a query about your mobile services. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible.
