I can't log in/register to Virgin Mobile to transfer my old number over

Hi,

I've just taken delivery of my Virgin Broadband and I love it!

Included in the pack was a SIM with unlimited minutes/texts and 5 Gb of data

However I am having terrible trouble trying to transfer my old number over to the new Virgin SIM

As I understand it, I just need to log in to my Virgin Mobile Account and enter my PAC

The trouble is I can't.

When I try to log in it tells me that my email is not recognised and when I try to register it asks me what my mother's maiden name is and will not let me proceed any further

I tried calling but the phone lines are too busy/unmanned

I tried texting but they started asking all manner of obscure security questions that I simply didn't know

I did however manage to install the Virgin Mobile app but sadly this does not provide the facility to transfer over your old number

Can somebody please help

Still suffering the same issue.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Apologies for the delayed reply. The security question will not be displayed on the site however the security answer that you input would be the same one you have provided when you set up your mobile service with us. If you do not know this then we can check for you.

Hi Corey,

Thanks for getting back to me.
I really don't understand it. When I try to log in or reset my password it doesn't recognise my email address and when I try to register it asks for my mothers maiden name. Sadly both mine and my wife's mother's maiden name are declined.
Somehow it has become very confused!
Could you please reset the account or something that will allow me to register or indeed login

We appreciate you trying to register for a online mobile account with us. Have you tried registering from another device or web browser? Also have you cleared all the cookies and cache from the device as this sometimes can cause issues.

Hi Jodi,

I've cleared my cookies, restarted my PC, attempted using a different browser but I still get the same symptoms

Could you please reset my mobile account so that I can log on to enter my PAC before it expires!

I hope you are not trying to post anything to my Virgin Mobile account because that's the place I'm struggling to get access to 🙂
