I can't get access to my Virgin Mobile account.
I have tried resetting password and resetting username but nothing will work. I have tried to call Virgin to reset but their service has been closed. I've tried texting them but no response.
Anyone know how I can get someone to help me?

Can I confirm, have you registered and used the account before? If so, are you getting any error messages when you try and reset it?
Please also try to clear cache/cookies for me as this may help fix it.

Thanks for replying, I have registered and used my account before, I have cleared my cookies and tried again. I get this message...

What is the original error message you receive when signing in? Is it that your credentials are incorrect?
Hi Beth - I have forgotten my login details, I try to reset but the link they send me is out of date, I have tried several times. Is the Text Messaging Service working? Have Virgin just shut down all their call centres, it's very frustrating.

I am sorry to hear that you are still having some issues there. The text messaging service is working however it dose take sometime for them to reply.
