I can't create an account. There's a security question I didn't set up.
I tried to set up an account so I could transfer my PAC code to my new SIM. I phoned the number, but it told me to do it online.
I went to create an account by entering the SIM's number, but it asked me for a security question. I never set up a security question, so I'm not sure what to do about this. I bought the SIM on a third-party website, so hadn't set up anything else with Virgin previously.
