I Still Desperately Need Urgent Help!!

This has been going on for weeks now and still no help!!! I urgently need 2 replacement SIMs for both mobile phones on my account as both of our services have all been restricted! I have tried for days to contact Virgin using the SMS service and online Chat and got nowhere or not had replies... I should have received the SIMs in the post but have not and urgently need help!!
