My husband who has virgin tv and broadband has just got a virgin mobile sim only contract and is a waiting his number to port. The problem he has is when he tries to call my number he can’t connect yet I can call him. He as no problem making calls to anyone else who’s in his contact list.

Thanks for giving that a try.
Is it possible to possibly remove the phone numbers than have been covered by your own editing (so therefore all fields are blank) and then seeing if a call through to you works?

I’m afraid it won’t let him delete those numbers.
Also we’re on the oomph package that comes with a sim. When we first got this oomph package the sim was registered with my number. Then my husband decides he wants to have the oomph sim. So I’m now on a new network and my number ported to new network a few days ago. My husbands number has ported from his network to virgin. There wasn’t any problem with him phoning me until 2 days ago when he phoned virgin to give them the code from his previous network to port over. Since then he cannot phone me but I can phone him.
