Re: How to use your Oomph SIM with an existing Virgin Mobile number

Hi jaymeallan3,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.

Can I ask in which sense is this please? When you advise of trying to transfer your number, is that an existing one or one from another network?

Cheers.

Re: How to use your Oomph SIM with an existing Virgin Mobile number

Hi Ryan,

I've just receive my unlimited Oomph SIM and have my EE PAC code to give you (for transfer tomorrow) but nobody's in the call centres and I can't log in online because the mothers maiden name isn't working (and I can't call to reset it).

Please could you dm me and process the request?

Thanks!

Joe

Re: How to use your Oomph SIM with an existing Virgin Mobile number

I just joined virgin media with a fibre package and have a sim package as part of my new contract.I want to keep my existing number which is currently with three. I have a PAC code but I can’t seem to register online for mobile so it can request a transfer. Can you help with my number to be transferred to my new virgin mobile please? Thank you
