sounds like you are doing a good job on here. 

I have the same issue - would like to use the oomph unlimited sim in an existing phone and keep my number. 

the phone is an iphone on virgin.

Sorry - I am unable to do this for you. 

 

On the original post you posted on it advises the following; 

 

  • If you're still in contract on a classic, freestyle of 12-month SIM only contract, you'll need to pay the outstanding amount to be able to upgrade. We can't help in this scenario, you'll need to speak with us on 789 or 0345 600 0789 to discuss paying the outstanding amount

Which that number is still in line with your freestyle loan agreement.

I am soon to receive a new sim as part of the Oomph package. I have a despatch notification and have been advised of the new number.

I have a current 30 day monthly sim only contract with Virgin. I would like to transfer over my existing number to the new Oomph sim please. Can you advise how I may get the done

I had a quick question regarding the mobile phone sim being sent out.

I've just signed up as a new customer and the new sim is being sent to the installation address, however I don't have access to this address for at least 2 weeks.

How can I redirect the sim to my current address instead of new address? I'm a bit concerned about the current tenants either using or throwing it away if it arrives while they are still there.

Hi, I upgraded my VirginMedia package and the Oomph sim was part of the deal. 

I’m with Virginmobile and I don’t want to change my mobile number. There is no info with the SIM card. I wasn’t told on the call that I would have to change my number.

HELP?
