How to up email on my mobile

How do I set up my blueyonder email on my virgin  mobile - What in/out going IMAP ?? Pop?? Ports ??

Stopped working a few days ago, I have deleted the email and thought it would be easy to re set it up  but it is a nightmare.  Keeps telling me my email  PW is wrong.

Went into Mobile help - that says that i should use the Virgin media PW  (to improve security)  still won't let me in

No idea what IMAP/POP/Port info to put in

Help please

Re: How to up email on my mobile

Sololobo

I already went to the link ( thought i had already made that clear - oh well)
When I go to the link to get the domain names IMAP/POP etc it says
'Sorry, we can't find the page you are looking for'

Oh ok, so then I thought, I will join this community - maybe they can help . Sadly not atm as I have just clicked on the link again and it says exactly the same

Re: How to up email on my mobile

AND btw, I will not use the text help service having wasted 12 hours yesterday to sort out another issue with virgin (unconnected to this issue) which eventually got sorted after another 4 hours in the text help this morning.
So it would acutally be HELPFUL if any blueyonder email users could just reply with the setting pls - unless you can't do that for some reason - in which case, can I respectfully ask how this place is a useful community

Re: How to up email on my mobile

Maybe there are not many BlueYonder users on here. It is a community forum where those that have the knowledge to help do so. Hundreds of questions are either answered or suggestions made on here each year.

Perhaps if you find the answer you can share it and then we will have that knowledge for the future.

As it is Email related perhaps you could also post in that area of the forum where members there may be more knowledgeable

All I have is these from a Google Search https://www.e-mailsettings.com/android/blueyonder-mail-setup

Re: How to up email on my mobile

Let's try and help - as one of the e-mail experts:

All the information you need is here and in the links:

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-configure-email-settings

If you want your device and VM's web mail system to be synchronised use the IMAP settings.

But you have identified an issue which may mean something else is going - password not recognised. You need to tackle that before trying to rest-up your e-mail account on your mobile.

Your best bet its to to change the password in My Virginmedia and then re-create your e-mail account.
