I have wasted 3 hours on the pathetic customer support phone and it has cost me many euros because I have had to phone with a Cyprus Mobile telephone. I now try to find an answer through this so called community forum and I notice that others have been waiting only less than 10 minutes and have received a response from a moderator - why do I have to wait over 2 hours for a sensible response or acknowledgement? I am at my wits end with Virgin and can not see myself remaining with such an under resourced operation. PLEASE, PLEASE can somebody answer my query.....How can I get my damaged nano sim card replaced and sent to me to my holiday home address in Cyprus????
