I have a phone just for use in emergencies which was on the PAYG service and I only switch it on every few months to make a call to keep the SIM active. But when I switched it on last time it had stopped working, apparently PAYG has been abandoned since I last used it. The phone won't even call 789 for customer service. So how do I get a refund of the credit I had on it? The terms and conditions said the credit wouldn't expire so long as I used the phone often enough to keep the SIM active, which I did until it stopped working, so at the very least I ought to get my money back!
