How to order an additional SIM on my mobile family account

Hi, we have two SIMs on our Family account already and I want to purchase another one for a phone I own. I want to port my existing mobile number from my existing provider. I have the PAC code but I cannot see how to order the SIM and indicate that I want to retain my existing number on the Virgin website and I an confused how to go about it.

We aren't able to add another SIM to your account via the forums I'm afraid. You can call the team on 789 from a Virgin SIM or 0345 600 0789 from any other line and they'll be happy to set this up for you, alternatively you can use one of these contact methods virg.in/VMcontact to request this.
