Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
You can find your recent usage on your online account or via the My Virgin Media app, do you have access to either of them at the moment?
On your online account, please log into your account and click view my usage in the account hub and it will be shown on that page.
If you're using the app, all that you would need to do is login and click on the data section and it will bring up the information about data that you want.
