How to cancel and pay monthly phone order that is parked
My order was suppose to be delivered on the 27/04/2020 but has been parked since the 24th. Haven’t recieved any texts or emails and want to cancel my order as I no longer need or want your phone or services. Have tried posting messages on her before about my order and have been actively checking emails etc.

I am very sorry to hear you have not received your handset and that the order is now parked.
I would be happy to look at this via private message to check what has been happening but I am afraid we won't be able to cancel the order from here as this would need to be completed by our sales team.
