How to cancel a parked order

I made a virgin mobile order 1 September but it’s parked and heard nothing. Before I call I’ve read of customer service es being unable to cancel these, is there anyway to get it cancelled as I’ve decide to wait a few months and upgrade with my current provider. Thanks

Thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that your order has been parked, this could be for a number of reasons.

 

As you posted a short while ago, have you managed to speak to a member of our Mobile team regarding this issue?

 

If not and you would still like the order to be cancelled?  Please come back to us so we can send you a private message to look at this further for you.
