I have two contacts, one sim only for my son, I have the app but no where can I find how long I have left on either contact as I need to change. I cannot register to online as I does not recognise either phone number or email. The automated telephone system is useless and won't transfer to operator and just cuts you off. My local store is closed. I just want to know how long left on contract, so simple yet 2 hours later I am none the wiser.
