Just tried to send a text message my phone is saying I’ve reached my spending cap Although I haven’t got one don’t understand this any help thanks

Really sorry for any concern this has caused, I can appreciate you're keen to know what's going on.
How did you set up the account? You would have been given an option to set up a spend cap online or over the phone.
If you haven't set one up then it's possible it's an error and we need to look into this.
