How can we check to see if we have switched already ?

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

With regards to the switch you will be notified in advance of this switch via email, this will confirm to you the date it will happen and will change you over. If this has already happened to you, there would have been a notification at least 30 days prior to the change.
