How do we contact Virgin Mobile for a problem not available online?

I'm trying to get hold of Virgin Mobile for a problem. I get the following options:

  • A link to https://www.virginmedia.com/mobile-help
    But this doesn't cover my issue.
  • Live Chat. But I can't find it anywhere.
  • A call to 150 or 789. But they want to play loud music at me for 45 minutes — I don't have the patience for that noise (why, oh why, do call centres think that they have to pretend to be radio broadcasters? I could easily cope with 45 minutes of silence, but not 45 minutes of their choice of loud music when I could spend those 45 minutes concentrating on something productive).

Is there any other way to contact Virgin Mobile customer service? Maybe a postal address?

You can of course also write to us if you wish but this of course would be a longer way of resolving any issues. The address can be located within our Complaints Code of Practice

Well, an update from me.

After several letters from Virgin Media that made little sense in context, the final letter (months after first raising this issue!) said that they were pleased that I had accepted their resolution.

Funny, because they have never communicated a resolution to me, nor have I had a chance to comment on whatever the resolution might have been.

Weird indeed.

Thanks, Laurie, but I've decided what I'm going to do. As Virgin hasn't tried to get the device back, I'll just take it to the recycling centre.
