A call to 150 or 789. But they want to play loud music at me for 45 minutes — I don't have the patience for that noise (why, oh why, do call centres think that they have to pretend to be radio broadcasters? I could easily cope with 45 minutes of silence, but not 45 minutes of their choice of loud music when I could spend those 45 minutes concentrating on something productive).
Is there any other way to contact Virgin Mobile customer service? Maybe a postal address?
