How do I upgrade?!?!?

How do I get someone to upgrade my package?!?!?!

Website says I've got to ring, I've hung on the phone listening to music for hours and used the text service where no-one got back to me! I want to upgrade everything and no-one seems to want me to.

Textbot told me at 11:48 Friday 18 December I was in a queue for an advisor, but it could take 4 hours..........
Next contact was 07:15 on Monday 21 December with a text saying "....just wanted to check if you still need help...."  YES!
Was then told by the textbot, having completed security and everything again, that I was in a queue for a human again and it could be upto 4 hours...........
So, over 11 hours after that, STILL NO CONTACT!
Or another way of looking at it 43 hours after being told it could be 4 hours........

I just want to sign up again, I can't believe no-one has bothered to pick this up! I'm out of contract, so may have to see if someone else wants me I suppose!
