How do I transfer from eSIM to physical sim

Hi,

At the beginning I am using a physical SIM. Then I upgrade to eSIM so my physical SIM expires. Now I want to use my physical SIM and don't want to use eSIM anymore. What should I do to reactivate my physical SIM?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and for your query. Unfortunately, we cannot re-activate your old SIM card, but if you're looking to switch back to using a physical SIM card, we'll be more than happy to send you a new SIM.

Once you receive your physical SIM card, you will have 31 days to activate it. You can take a look at How To Activate Your SIM Card on our website. If you need some help activating your SIM, you can always come back to us and we'll help.
