Ordered a new phone from Virgin which has arrived but my SIM is the wrong size. Tried ringing but call centres are closed, looked on the website but nowhere to order one, looked in my account but cannot find how to order a new nano sim. Usually I've just had a new one sent to me when I've had a phone from you before.
I know we're in unusual times and circumstances but perhaps the clever web site people could change the services available online?
No one has replied to my query. Yet people who posted later than me about needing a new nano sim have had a reply. PLEASE will someone help me. I'm struggling with a dodgy old phone and have a new one I can't use. So frustrating
