Hi - I’ve received a message to order a new SIM card but I’m currently in Australia and can’t use the numbers provided. Please can someone advise how I can do this and get it sent to my UK address whilst I’m here. Thanks.

However, the card will have to be activated in the UK which means you will be without till it arrives

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on our forums.
I can order a new sim card for you but as @enlli has advised that the sim card will need to be activated in the UK before its sent out to you and that you would lose service on that until the sim card arrives in Australia.
To do this I would need to send a private message over to get you through account security and get the sim card ordered, I will send the message over in a moment.
