I've been cut off for 10 days after fitting the new sim card, and missed the re-timing of my flight and also a hospital appointment alteration- both disastrous for me. How do I get reconnected?
To gain access to 789, try any unlocked phone, even an old one, or buy a cheap one. Whatever happens, it probably won't be quick.If Virgin can't 'unlock' your phone, they may send you a new phone.
