How do I contact virgin mobile about an outage in my area that has persisted for at least 12 hours.

My mobile service is not working in my area. It has been down for 12 hours at least. I have tried the service outage in my area link but that is not working. I can’t call or text anyone because my service is down. Who can I email.

Have you tried this link?

https://www.vodafone.co.uk/network/status-checker

Virgin get their signal from Vodafone, put your postcode into the checker and check the 4g signal. Look at the map and if there's an outage it will be highlighted.
