My mobile service is not working in my area. It has been down for 12 hours at least. I have tried the service outage in my area link but that is not working. I can’t call or text anyone because my service is down. Who can I email.
Virgin get their signal from Vodafone, put your postcode into the checker and check the 4g signal. Look at the map and if there's an outage it will be highlighted.
