I need a new sim due to changes at Virgin. I have been trying for over a week to contact Virgin to request a sim but there is no way of getting through. I have tried phone, text, looked fir a chat option... Nothing. My mobile phone is now no longer able to make/receive calls due to the changes at Virgin. I am paying for something I can't use. When I look on line it says call from your mobile or text which I can't! Can someone at Virg please, please send me a new sim card as soon as possible!!!!!
