I’ve tried both options and they lead me back to a text message that than leads me to the ‘help’ section with questions and answers. All the numbers are just leading me in a circle. We can’t log in online, my mobile number never allowed me to go online, it looked like it never got registered when the consultant originally had me sign the contracts. We leave on Saturday so have to have it sorted ASAP.
