How can I speak to a human? Moving abroad

We are moving abroad and need to cancel my Virgin Mobile SIM contract.

cant log in. It doesn’t recognize any details! SMS is hopeless and we leave in two weeks. I’ve been trying for weeks.

Completely over it! I need to disconnect my services.

Hi Flake1, thanks for contacting us and we are sorry to hear that you want to cancel the service? Can you confirm when it is that you are moving abroad?  Have you now managed to book the disconnection request for the Mobile number? Chris

Not yet. 
my phone connect to 4G for about two weeks now so I can’t text or call. Wen we call from another device it refers us the Text service but that hasn’t worked on my husbands phone.

we leave on Saturday.

Have you tried getting in touch with the Mobile cancellations team on either 789 or 0800 183 1150 ^Chris

I’ve tried both options and they lead me back to a text message that than leads me to the ‘help’ section with questions and answers. All the numbers are just leading me in a circle. We can’t log in online, my mobile number never allowed me to go online, it looked like it never got registered when the consultant originally had me sign the contracts.
We leave on Saturday so have to have it sorted ASAP.
