I’ve been trying for weeks to register for an account to be able to check my bill. I’m unable to register as I don’t have a password that I was allegedly given when I bought the sim 2 years ago!
I can never get through to anyone to speak to, they divert all calls back to the online help pages and then cut the call.
The chat line always asks for said password and when I don’t have one they either cut me off, pass on to another helper and we start all over again. Or suggest I call the helplines......that never answer!
All I want is access to my bill which is my right to do so!
