I'm not sure if it will work for you, but when registering my oomph mobile sim, I used my "My Virgin Media" log in email address but had to use a different password. I was then able to set up a security question.
If you are still having problems doing this then a member of the Forum Staff should pick this up for you in a day or two and help set it up.
It should be done by the end of this week 😊
