Help with live chat & online order

I was asked to post on here from twitter. 


Placed an order through live chat, passed the credit check but didn’t sign the contract as I was working and missed the message. Wasn’t able to get back through so ended up placing the order online myself which is currently parked. I was promised a call back yesterday which never happened so I don’t know if I have 2 open orders, or why my online order is parked. I haven’t been asked to sign anything.

Okay, so now that we know your order has been parked due to the fraud team, I've sent a fraud form off to them - so you will hopefully get a phone call soon!
