Hi There, I bought 2 new Samsung 20 mobiles there was a promotion on = a set of Sony earbuds
However when i checked back the claims details are now for a flip phone,
i'm well in the time limit how can i complete the claims ?

Sorry to see how you feel about this, also can you please double check and advise if it's Sony or Samsung earbuds you've had as a gift with this purchase?
We did have Samsung earbuds a while ago, however Sony ones are not something we can recall giving away with Samsung handsets.
Could you please kindly check this and let us know?
Have you had any emails from Samsung, or did you find any info on their web-page in regard?
You should be able to submit a claim directly with Samsung for the earbuds using your receipt/invoice, given that you're within 60 from the date this offer was purchased.

If that were the case i wouldn't be asking, that's not something that virgin do = be helpful
ive been with virgin since they took over Telewest so over 20 years.
So far i have never had a straightforward process replacing my mobiles. every single time its something
missing etc etc. This time as we were moving from 2g to 5g virgin sent empty sim boxes. Took another 3 days for sims to arrive .
No there was there wasn't a helpful link reference the buds and when i went back onto site there
is only a link for a flip phone . its really annoying i was on text on & off for hours last night = i would send a message a reply would arrive about 40 mins later.
Went to bed in the end. After all how difficult can it be to provide a link for the promo??? Cheers Steve

Thanks for coming back, with some offers you do need to claim these Via Samsung directly with proof of purchase, I recently purchased a phone and had to do the same for a charging dock.
You can claim these Via the Samsung website.

I had a look on the sony site, couldn't find anything relevant hence asking the question.
why a link wasn't just sent along with my new phones i have no idea , just another virgin
mistake one of many in my experience.

My wife was looking to buy me new buds = i had Bose buds, we saw the offer on the Samsung phones.
Sorry yes it is Samsung Buds , i looked at the Sony buds and because it took so long to get the Sims etc sorted out i was still thinking
it was Sony.
Right its Samsung buds, there was a link as i recall which is not there anymore, i have 2 new Samsung Galaxy S 20 mobiles .
How do i claim the buds please.

Hi Cary, An earlier message , i explained & apologised i had Samsung mixed up with Sony.
i have been in touch with Samsung direct.
I still think that wih a promo Virgin should put a link in with the new phones.
